Dancer’s Choice Dance – Recital Special Feature

The Dancer’s Choice Dance is a special and memorable part of our recital where dancers get to share the stage with someone important in their life. Dancers may choose a mom, dad, grandparent, aunt, uncle, older sibling, family friend, or another special person to perform with them.

This heartwarming routine is always a crowd favorite and will be performed as the second to last dance in our Full Recital Iconic Show at 4:00 PM.

Choice Partner Requirements

• Must be 15 years old or older

• Must attend required rehearsals with the dancer

• No dance experience necessary — this routine is designed to be fun and accessible for everyone!

Cost

• $45 total (covers both the dancer and their choice partner)

Costumes

• Recital T-Shirt (required for both dancer and choice partner)

• Black bottoms (leggings, joggers, or shorts)

• Tennis shoes

⚠️ Please be sure to purchase a recital shirt for BOTH the dancer and their choice partner through this website when enrolling.

Required Practice Schedule
Both the dancer and their choice partner must attend the following rehearsals:

Learn It Session (choose one)
• Wednesday, April 15 — 5:00 PM
• Saturday, April 25 — 10:00 AM

Review Session (choose one)
• Wednesday, May 13 — 5:00 PM
• Saturday, May 9 — 10:00 AM

Final Practice (everyone attends)
• Wednesday, May 27 — 5:30 PM

This dance is a wonderful way for dancers to create a special memory with someone they love while sharing the stage together at recital.
